- For your consideration is my 2000 Honda Civic Si (EM1) in the desirable Electron Blue Pearl color. It has the original factory B16A2 1.6L DOHC VTEC engine and 5 speed transmission. Runs and drives very well. No rust. No check engine lights. The Si retains all factory VIN tags, except on the driver side front fender, which has been repainted. The very top portion of the rear bumper has some paint fade, but a quick application of wax diminishes the fade for a week or so. The rear bumper does have an area scuffed/gouged, see photo.
Everything works great on it: air conditioning, power steering, power locks, power windows, power mirrors, power sunroof, cruise control, etc. There are a few small dings on the Si, nothing a good PDR guy couldn't handle.
Full suspension overhaul about 500 miles ago including all suspension bushings (front & rear lower control arms, front compliance, rear trailing arm, sway bar endlinks, front and rear camber kit, etc.), front ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, rear trailing arm bushings, rear toe links, etc. all replaced and rides very nice. A four wheel alignment was also done after the suspension components were replaced. A new Exedy OEM replacement clutch, ACT flywheel, Hardrace left and right engine torque mount bushings, driver side axle, fuel filter, all serpentine belts, and Energy Suspension poly shifter bushings were also installed at this time.
The EM1 has a new DC Sports header, new catalytic converter, new pre and post catalytic converter Bosch oxygen sensors, Apexi WS2 cat back exhaust, Koni Yellow Sport Shocks / Eibach Ground Control coilovers, new OEM Honda passenger and driver side headlights (old ones were faded), Integra GSR front seats, Skunk 2 shift knob, Pioneer Bluetooth head unit, new OEM Honda driver side window rubber channel, and the factory optional spoiler with functioning LED third brake light. The EM1 comes with the factory air intake box, not the K&N seen in the photos.
The EM1 is sitting on a new set of Rota Slipstream wheels with new 205/50/15 Falken Azenis RT-615K+ tires. These are negotiable in the deal if you want to bring your own 4x100 wheels.
This is a very good condition "driver spec/OEM+" EBP EM1 that you can take out and enjoy unlike the super low mile examples going for $15,000-$20,000+! Clean title in hand. No trades. Thanks for looking! - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Aw man very nice I love these cars with all my heart. My dad had one but unfortunately had to sell it a very long time ago but I always told him I would get one and we could work on mine like he did his. Now here I am with the best I could find at 16 and got a red 2000 EX coupe. Not as in great condition as this but I really like the look of this one so clean and simple. Might take some ideas from that and get similar wheels and wing. Already have the front lip but I really want to paint everything to match since it is very faded as well. Thanks for keeping a car like this in such great shape!
Very nice man!
I got a silver 2000 ex coupe for a year but I really wanted an si so I traded the ex for a silver 2000 si and added $2k to it.. cause I feel like the ex is like a clone or a wanna be 2000 si haha😂 right now the si I have is currently at 120k miles still in a good condition👍
Esta perfecto 😎👍
Why the oil lights on and battery lights on ?
They do that until you start the car.
I could not part with that. That car changed my life after I drove it. I never had the pleasure of owning a true em1 but many of friends let me borrow there’s. I had an ej8 done right. But em1 is legend and a true pleasure to redline.
Really no different from any other ek coupe aside from that beautiful ebp color.
Not Sure ek is hatch only. The em1 is made for 2 years in the USA. It is different and an excellent example of an unmolested em1.
@@vtecbanger3180 pretty sure an ek is any civic from 96-2000. I own a 99 si. Its great. But really no diffrent from the 97 ek coupe i had.
so the engine, sway bar, rear disc brakes, cluster, transmission, rims, seats, grill, painted side skirts, front lip, Amber climate control lights, are enough of difference for me. I had an ej8 with a healthy amount of mods and it’s still no em1.
Lol. Your rite. But who keeps it stock. Engine swapping is a must anyway. Unless you boost a b16 its slow.
What was sales price?
I have flamenco black 00 SI with 115k. Thinking of selling but not sure what is the right price?
anyone else notice the drivers side fender is a a shade off from the rest of the car?
did this sell already..?
Clean!

Bro weird question but where you from? I'm tripping because a car in one of your vids has a bunch of the same things mine does and they're just too unique and similar and its tripping me out
Idaho or or washington area by chance??
@@brettlegros2622 what car?
@@slowmanEF you have a b18c gsr eg hatch in one of your vids from awhile ago. It looked like it was blue
How much you sell for
Did you sell your si
What was the sales price
It was probably at $12k cause these aren’t selling less than $10k unless they are in bad condition😂 these si are more rare than the ex… the ex are just wanna be clones or wanna be si with no vtec haha
