I have the "easy pigeon" old school brushless glider, its terrible in rotor turbulence as its 3 channel with 6G servos. no ailerons just pitch/yaw/rudder from the tail. I only have to get the plane to a reasonable height then power down to glide. my only issue was glide speed against wind current. laterally had it stationary in the air next to me. them lights inspire me for night flying.
Ah yeah I know the one 🙂 3ch isnt much good in turbulence is it, this Radians the same tbh gets very out of shape! The radian pro is lot better, they need to make a night radian pro version with flaps and ailerons :) Night flying is great fun isnt it, I always stick some strobon stand alone strobes on the wingtips just incase the main lights fail 😄
@@mark675 since its a belly lander with fold-back props it lands really well compared to 5 channel wheel landing planes on rough ground. im definitely going to experiment with the night lighting for sure mark. :)
