@@vincere4591 yes, because Chara follows the name you pick for your character. Think about it, you generally pick the exact same name. Chara is "the demon that comes when its name is said". When you pick _your_ character's name in an RPG and level-grind enemies, that's "the demon" slaughtering as many things as it can with the sole-minded purpose of becoming more and more powerful. Chara literally meant to completely destroy Undertale itself and move along to the next game to power through everything

Every Pokemon on Chara's entire team has only "Cut" as their attack but they're all max-leveled and set up to hit insanely hard
The only problem with that is that Cut is Normal type and Ghost types are immune to Normal type damage so if they only used Cut then a single Ghost type pokemon could cheese the whole fight.

@@alolanexeggutor1010 Scrappy only makes normal and fighting moves hit ghost. it's also not that common, only found on 15 pokemon, including hidden abilities and Mega Lopunny. even with this, rock and steel pokemon can still resist normal type attacks like cut.

All these rips with Megalo Strike Back gave me an amazing idea for a game. Undertale - SAVE the Multiverse. Over countless genocide routes and sans's messages starting to get across to them, Frisk finally accepts their wrongs and wants to fix everything. Chara, the owner of Frisk's soul on the other hand has none of that, and continues on a path of destruction. In order to stop them, you team with sans, hopping across different videogame universes in an effort to put an end to Chara once and for all.
I get it, feverdream af, but you cant deny that even with possible inconsistencies that would be one hell of a game.
I also would admit that the idea takes inspiration from multiple sources, these songs ofc, and kingdom hearts and the touhou undertale videos lol.
The timing of this comment is amazing because I'm writing and working on some multiversal stuff. In general, I'm a huge fan of multiverse plots.

Here is my possible champion team for Chara. All of them are fully EV trained. Keep in mind that the order of the Pokemon they send out will NOT be in this exact order:
#1: Aegislash (both team versions)
#2: Raichu (HG, B2 and X team)/ Manectric (SS, W2 and Y team)
#3: Lucario (both team versions)
#4: their starter (type WILL be super effective against the type of your starter) Typhlosion (HG, B2 and X team)/ Blaziken (SS, W2 and Y team) (if starter is grass), Serperior (W2, B2 and X team)/ Sceptile (SS, HG and Y team) (if starter is water), Blastoise (HG, B2, W2 and X team)/ Greninja (Pokemon Y team only) (if starter is fire)
#5: Mawile (HG, B2 and X team)/ Gardevoir (SS, W2 and Y team)
#6: Garchomp (HG, SS, B2 and X team)/ Hydreigon (B, W, W2 and Y team).
Gen 7 team possibility. If multiple pokemon that can mega evolve is on Chara's team, they will randomly select one to mega evolve and use it as their last pokemon. All Pokemon on their team are fully EV trained, so you best come prepared:

@@rishimazza I also think that Chara would give each Pokemon 1 stab move, and then give them moves to counter their weaknesses. And they'd also add a bit of status moves just to mess with their opponents. Keep in mind that this is Chara we're talking about. In Pokemon, I'd depict Chara as someone who has a well thought out strategy to win battles, as any challenging champion would do.
Also, I'm still thinking as to what their OR/AS team should be. I'll update this comment when I finish my thought process on what the team should be.

Moves: Fissure, Night Slash, Giga Impact, Shadow Slash (reskinned Shadow Claw)
Held item: Locket (all attacks done to the holder only do 80% damage)
Ability: DETERMINATION (Accuracy is calculated twice, if either calculation results in a hit, the move hits. All moves gain +1 priority. 25% chance for the Defending Pokémon to miss regardless if the move would hit. The first time Chara would faint, they regain 50% HP and receive an all stat boost.)
Chara is an endgame boss encounter who can only be fought if you choose to join the evil team of whatever game your playing (be it Team Shade or Team Shine), and only after you defeat PKMN Trainer Sans and Champion Asgore. She is unique in that unlike other bosses, they don’t have any Pokémon to send out and will immediately enter the fight. Her typing makes it really hard to hit her for super effective damage on top of being immune to three common types (Normal, Ghost, and Fighting). While they don’t have a lot of bulk, there insane speed of 199 and ATK stats of 148 enables her to sweep entire teams. Not to mention her ability makes her attacks more likely to land and gives them priority. It is recommended you use the Sableye you can steal from Alphys, as it is immune to Fissure, resists Night Slash, and can Mega Evolve. Another good choice is Muffet’s Mimiku, which is also immune to Fissure and also resists 2 of their moves, and its ability Disguise lets it survive any 1 attack, which could give you enough time to counterattack.

She doesn't talk too much, but her pokemons will give you a lot of trouble for sure. Be well prepared, as she has a lot of experience now.

I know someone already did a team for Chara, but considering we have a few new ones to work with, I figured I'd take a stab at it.
1. Hisuian Zoroark. This Pokemon is a vengeful ghost. The lacerations on it's skin are from it's pure malicious and rage. Perfect for someone who is essentially a vengeful and angry spirit. The white fur of Hisuian Zoroark could also be reminiscent of Asreil.
2. Tyranitar. This Pokemon destroys landscapes indiscriminately. If it goes on a rampage, the topography of the region is changed drastically. Larvitar is also born underground, reminiscent of Chara's reawakening. The destructive nature is pretty self explanatory.
3. Mimikyu. If there is any Pokemon that looks like Chara, it's this ragged little ghost.
4. Iron Valiant. I have a headcanon about Iron Valiant. It is a cold, heartless Terminator which hunts people by seeking out their emotions. I believe it fits Chara's MO well.
5. Yellow Flower Florges. Buttercups.
6. Kingambit. I know Aegislash may seem like a better ace, but I disagree. Kingambit's Ability, Supreme Overlord, gains strength with every ally knocked out. It has the move, Kowtow Cleave, which is something of a false surrender, something that is possible with various monsters in the Underground. The method it evolves is by defeating three of it's own which Chara did do with Toriel, Asgore, and Flowey. Many of it's moves involve slashing as it's body is covered in the blades. It's not necessarily a strategist but instead relies on brute force. Power.

My favorite thing about the bridge is how it exploits the rule of Musical Interest. I quickly got used to the bass ostinato repeating exactly and the sustained chord over it remaining static, so I ended up focusing on what's different: the hi-hat that's suddenly in a different speaker than it was while I was paying attention to the bass/string chord. I start focusing on how it's panning in different circles, then focusing on the melody when it comes back. So, back-to-back elements safely set the static bass/string in the background. Then, when the chord changes, it's only slightly, so I go back to focusing on the melody within a few notes. Then the bass starts to fade out at the same time. With the low end disappearing, the result is this underlying, subtle sense of unease, but since I'm not outright focused on those background elements, I feel an _instinctual_ need for that missing foundation, not a cognizant one (not straight away, at least).
That inspired need also is smoothly handled, btw, by having the low end "reintroduced" with another large pitch bend from the string chord. It dips its foot into low-end territory by the end, and heralds the kick drum returning. So, it kind of eases you back in.
I don't know how much of these effects it had on me were intentional, but I like them. Inspired!
