How do you apply fertizer to the ugwu in sacks

Don't allow the fertilizer touch the vines, but should be close and in very small quantity.
You can make a small opening and apply the fertilizer into it.

That's whats ugu needs the most, because of it economic part is its leaves

As long as you don't damage the roots, yes, you can.
When transplanting, ensure the cluster of soil around the root zone is intact.

Dependent on how wide the sack is. Just calculate how many 30cm spacing you can get in the sack or bowl.

Ensure soil is moist and not water logged.
Ugu could take up to 10-14 days in the soil before they begin to sprout.

Nothing so special with the preparation.
Just sand fill the sacks.
Don't forget to perforate your sack too
