HOW TO: LOAD A NEEDLE FOR RIGHTY AND LEFTY SURGEONS.
There will be times where the surgeon would be a lefty. You must know how to load it left handed. There will always be a time where you would have to load it at one hand so please keep that in mind. My previous tech trainer gave me this advice and I have been using it ever since. Easy to remember. Never forgot about it and I wanted to share this with you guys!

Do surgeons ask for the needle, or the needle holder? Also, how often do they use the full name of instruments? ex.) Crile - Wood Needle Holder vs. Needle holder.
