- Today we take a look around Casepak Leicester, Braunstone Frith Industrial Estate, Sunningdale Rd, Leicester LE3 1UX.
Signage was good so we didn't get very far into the yard but we did take the drone over to reveal how big the operation is.
We witness many vehicles come and go and see a Bulk Trailer being loaded.
We speak to a couple of staff to judge the level of professionalism within the company.

Just read the UK drone laws. Very clear that overflying that site without permission is not ok. Looking in from the boundary is of course quite ok.

@@paulnr27 Then maybe you have a problem with comprehension? Unless there is restricted airspace above CasePak (there isn't) then he's perfectly entitled to fly over. His drone is C0 and can fly in the A1 Open category.

@@macsmith6216 if the drone is less than 250g, C0 or C1 class then the restriction doesn’t apply. However, if it is greater than 250g then the drone must be at least 150m away from residential, recreational, commercial and industrial areas. Unless the Authority have granted the operator with a specific exemption.
This also presupposes the Authority haven’t enacted a specific provision that prohibits flying in a specific area.
The CAA Drone and Model Aircraft Code details such prohibitions and exemptions.
That's a good idea, this will need to be done soon though, as from the end of Sept 2022, £50 and £20 notes are going to be taken out of circulation.

If I was the company I would escort you to the area you wanted to set the drone off from under my supervision, on the premise we can have the footage to use corporately, and then give you a guided tour and thank you for the interest in the company. What's the problem? Attitude goes such a long way, too many workers have become pent up bureaucrats.

Even on a break, you are still representing your company at all times when dealing with members of the public in and around the premises. Sarcastically asking him if he was offended, your authortive and aggressive tone of voice, lack of interpersonal skills as well as having a face like a smacked arse are all uncalled for and I can only assume is the reason you've gained the Karen label in the above comment.
Also if you're on a break, why are you ordering directives towards DJ about not filming the registration? for one, you do not and never will have the power to stop people filming public areas, nevermind tell the public what they can and can't film. Who do you actually think you are? Photography is not a crime. You had ample oppurtunity to create your own privacy as and after DJ approached, which would have been the correct method of action had you had any education on the subject, which i'm sure had you of asked, he would have provided as he so often does.
All you've shown by your reaction is that you are uneducated on the lawful activites of the public and that your employer is in some dire need of refresher training on your customer service skills and your general deamanour towards customers, citizen journalists and the general public. Clearing up Your waste ! Packaging it up to send it back to the far East. So we can all buy it again later = What ever it is. Restart manufacturing here in the UK. If you’ve got someone paying you to take the waste it could be profitable. Maybe the council pay them and the government provide the subsidies. Something must have paid for that building.

I still think you should concentrate on do documentary type video. Your so good you could make any company look interesting. Have you tried to engage with companies etc ?

A recycling company that allows rubbish to be blown away from an over fill skip, polluting the surrounding area for both people and wildlife, the open skip should have a cover on it to stop the waste being blown about, and they should receive a hefty fine for allowing this practice to carry on.
On a windy day you can just imagine crisp packets blowing everywhere on that wall industrial estate.

I actually worked for these for a long time. It was never this bad when i left and that was over 3 years ago. Reading some of the reviews on google and it has really gone downhill. Actually dissappointed it is like this now. And they weren’t bales of crisp packets, they were steel cans and what you can see hanging off of them are the labels from the cans. Inside is a sorting machine which separates all of the materials but as with most things in life it isn’t perfect. Also the doors used to malfunction a lot. The guy who came out was 1 of the managers and the guy in the car was his cousin. Dunno who the mouthy bint was though. Its a shame really that it is like this

And can only commend casepak on their health and safety cleanliness inside and out, and having worked inside there’s very little smell, considering this company are doing a great job dealing with your recycling, I see you’ve clearly got too much time on your hands and by the looks of things mummy and daddy bought you a go pro and a drone to keep you out the house as your so annoying that nobody wants to be around, you even had to approach and interrupt people minding their on business on lunch breaks
How much are they paying you? The PR disaster has already happened. Develoving into pettiness like this comment just makes you, your friends and the company look even more like fools. Perhaps your mummy and daddy can invest in a dictionary and a thesaurus so that you're online trolling can be upgraded to intellectual debate with correct punctuation and grammar. (that is, if there even is a debate, as there's literally nothing unlawful happening in the video).
Also, next time you copy and paste a comment to change it, you might as well just use the edit function. I'm not one for actively seeking out an argument, but before chucking insults about the way you do, it might help to show you have more than one braincell when it comes to leaving abusive comments on videos you know nothing about.
