US House Foreign Affairs Chair details AFRICOM, aid legislation initiatives

As the United States seeks to counter growing outside influence on the African continent, it’s using a unique blend of military strength, aid distribution and traditional diplomacy. VOA’s Anthony LaBruto spoke with U.S. Representative Michael McCaul, Chairman of the House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee on how the US is rethinking its strategic initiatives from a legislative perspective.
