Adding ZIF sockets to a C64 as a diagnostics tool

Hello again
This time, my envy demon is showing. I'm recreating Adrian Black's "ZIF 64" to use as a diagnostics tool in my upcoming C64 Repairathon.
This presented much more of a challenge than I anticipated, but it was still a fun project. I'm certain it's going to make diagnosing and repairing C64's so much easier in the future.
