- We had a lovely stay at the Four seasons Jimbaran in Bali in September 2022!
The Four Seasons Jimbaran in Bali is a luxury complex with 156 villas sheltered on the hillside in a calm cove overlooking three miles of beachfront. It is located in the South of Bali, at Jimbaran Bay.
Each room is a mini villa, has a private pool and an outdoor seating area. All accommodation is decorated in natural tones with tasteful Balinese art with glass doors opening onto wooden decks. The bathrooms have double vanities, indoor and outdoor showers, and stand-alone baths big enough for two. The room is surrounded by beautiful gardens and are located on a cliff by the ocean. You can see the ocean from most places in the resort. The location on a cliff is exclusive and gives you a lot of privacy.
Breakfast is served in the open-air pavilion, light meals at the Pool Terrace Café, or you can visit Sundara, the hotel's stylish restaurant where Asian cuisine and reviving cocktails are served. Swim in the main resort 57-metre infinity pool or in the sea. Activities include morning meditation, Balinese dance performances and temple tours. Water sports can be booked at the beach club or consider a cooking class. The Healing Village Spa is one of the finest on the island and offers a range of Balinese-inspired holistic and traditional treatments, complemented by a unique yoga program. There is a happy hour at the beach club from 17:00!

That’s about when it first opened. Must have been quite the new experience, considering it was the first all-villa hotel in the world. And was regularly on the Condé Nast World’s Best Hotels list since then.
