Enjoyable content F=ma 28.04. Would be great if this was the interview and I landed the job. I really like BCG and consulting. It makes one travel a lot and enjoy. Its the world's coolest job. Most exciting like bungee jumping :D :) Would really like it or a visit home.
Know yourself , know the opposite self make war win war , said Sunwu. The key to pass every interview exam rule of thumb 1. SWOT analysis of company. 2.SWOT yourself.3.Their Form, Style, Mgmt and their organization culture.4.Be awareness and be your trueself much don't musk up why the first day you come, the future day you manner the same because of your trueself.5.Do sincere in org.society because we're in the same boat.6.Don't show off , be humble. 7.Keep business secret both client and company if not be allowed.5,6,7 do after passed interview.(awareness=self knowing how to solve problem by not telling). structuring, restructure, strategy, growth, industries...all jargons..bla bla bla
Company - Okay now give me a solution to my problem
Consultant- We take hefty fees for that. Make advance payment.
Company- Gives fees compromising on millions' salary.
Consultant- Hands over a 100 year old ppt after some quick shuffling of images and taglines
Company- This is coming from a INSEAD alum..it ought to be great.

no solution..to actual problem..it takes time right.
Consultant got CSO position because he was batchmate of CEO.
Actual leaders of organisatiom irritated. Domain specialists left.
Company got doomed. CEO was ousted after outrage.
Consultant still in CSO position...
