Thank you Habiba! Very good tips. I never thought of using alcohol to clean the arm pits and using an antifungal under the breasts. I'm in Hot & Humid Florida and the struggle is real! Lume doesn't seem to work for anywhere that sweats, for us though. You did a great job on your hair! Beautiful lady!

Thank you for the wealth of information you always provide. I use the recommended products and suggested. One of the things I do use is Castor Oil under the arms, breast, on my hysterectomy scar and between the legs near the vagina area. I do mix the Hibcleanse with the Castile soap for shower. I use one towel a day; use tea tree oil on my toes and castor oil on my entire body.

I have a hack ,recently discovered. I never thoroughly rinse out the bath sponge I use. I leave some soap or shower product on it and keep it somewhere where it could dry easily .This keeps it from smelling funy and growing bacteria on it. I do that with my dish washing sponges too!
I struggled to find an aluminum-free deodorant that worked for a while. Dr. Teals is the one that works for me.
Old people from my country uses alcohol 70% as a toner for all the body right after they shower. It also helps to dry the skin faster cause we have a lot of humidity here and avoid fungal infections specially in their skin folds and feet

I recommend two wash cloths one for face one for body, or clean face first before cleaning body. I'm not Dr but worked n medical. With all these bacteria nowadays . change towels everyday! Thanks for interesting video.

This was all great information. When you mentioned the baking soda in the wash... it reminded me of adding it to the bath as well. Growing up, we would have it added to our bath water. I still do it because Grandma said so, but for a long time, never knew why. This can be especially helpful if you have pubic hair.
Hello Habiba, I make my own mouth wash; I boil filtered water and I steep about a palm full of cloves and a Mexican cinnamon stick. It also works very well when you have a sore mouth and or throat. 😊
Sounds great! all the ingredients : cinnamon & cloves you listed for your mouth wash are good for us! I must try this too.
Very interesting. I boil cloves and drink it as a tea. I also use it as a life saving relief of a toothache and gargle with it to relive a sore throat.

Thank you for all that good information. I never heard about those hacks before. I have struggled with Bo 😢in past not as bad now. Since I started using Lume it is not as bad. Thanks for the tip for under the underarm hack because Lume does not help my armpits. I use all of Lume products even the acidified body wash for private areas and the beyond. 😅

I Enjoy me some Lume !!! immensely I’ve been using it for a couple of years now, armpits, feet and butt cracks. You do not know whatsoever, put it into any type of holes 🕳️ your body, your private parts it will cause a allergic reaction, is not made for private homes 🏠 after shower if I don’t want to use my deodorant, I use Lume for under my arms, but cracks and the side of my private parts, not in them none whatsoever after a bath, and it really works, and the alcohol which you said works great too, not for private parts, but underneath arms!!! once again people, I didn’t say private parts for the alcohol like she said underneath the arms after cleaning! It’s Security but I didn’t do it. My Lume takes care of all of that!! thank you for your videos so much information so much wonderful information but I am a witness concerning Lume !! I have the bar soap the container that looks like deodorant container, and also to the tube. Basically they all do the same thing. Lume people just put them in different types of containers for convenience. But this product doctor is amazing, Think it’s been now 2-3 years for me. I’ve been using it. Yes, and it works on your feet extremely but remember people no hoes no private personal hole 🕳️ remember to take a small amount like a pea size, you need to use gloves if you want to do whatever you do wash your hands before and after, apply small amount on the side of your private parts in the front where your thigh in your private part meets on the side of your private parts in the butt cracks not in the hole 🕳️ and on your bottom of your feet, not between your toes if you’re diabetic if you do use it between your toes, rub it in really good until it disappear cause you don’t wanna leave any wetness between your toes, remember this after a bath! 🛀 are you in a hurry you took a tile with soap and wiped that area completely. Then you can use lume but the area has to be clean and dry, but whatever you do do not replace it for bathing!!!! 🧼 it’s not gonna work!!!! 🥰👩🏾🦲😘

Glycolic acids cream 10% is great after shower, then add deodorants. I did invest in laser hair removal under arms, best decision ever. No hair, I don’t care 🌹🫶🏾

SAMS has it grocery stores and if all else fails Amazon. It's worth it being antibacterial it works! Trust me I live in the south where it's hot and humid.

Thank you for this video, I’ve been struggling with armpit odor for awhile and at my wits end, it doesn’t matter how much time I bathe I smell funky under my armpit, I watched this episode and tried the rubbing alcohol the next day, and I did it twice, evening and morning and was surprised to see how much dirt and grime came out of my armpit after showering , to my surprise, the smell left and the dark spot is clearing up. Thank you. And yes, I use deodorant every day regardless of the deodorant sometimes I still smell funky thank you.

I love all of these hacks for preventing and eliminating body orders, fungus and bacteria build-ups and possible infections from sweating and not cleaning and drying the body properly. I do my elderly parents laundry and sometimes they have accidents and I regularly use baking soda and apple cider vinegar in their laundry to eliminate odors from incontinence and medicines that may cause them to have upset stomachs. I just put a cup of baking soda, half a cup of apple cider vinegar/plain white vinegar, oxiclean if I have it on-hand and whatever laundry soap into the wash, run the water to properly let it dissolve/ mix and then add the clothing. I am telling you it works wonders on odors and stains in general. I use this instead of bleach in most cases. I am going to try that black soap you recommended because many years ago my sister told me to use it and I did for awhile but I fell off from using it. It did wonders for my skin as I remember. Tea tree oil helps with antifungal issues. Also, medicine can make you have body odor.

hello, i struggle with pungent odor problem from my armpits i tried lemon,baking soda,glycolic acid,salicylic acid,rosewater,tea tree oil but they didn't help. my odor is so strong that it makes everyone cough and sneeze... what can i try... There is no Hibiclens available in my country, so can I try using a mouthwash that contains chlorhexidine on my armpits?
Lume body wash and their deodorant is really good for odor. Also PanOxyl acne face wash or Hibiclens works great....after bathing your body with your 🧼 (you may need to try Dial antibacterial) lather the acne soap or hibiclens in your armpits and pubic area and allow it to sit for 2 - 3 minutes then rinse, dry well sit in front of fan if needed to make sure you're dry before applying your deodorant

@Kenton-Habiba I am a South African living in Canada and she is from Malawi. I think our coworkers wants me to do it as we are both Africans. Plus I have been working there the longest.

I know they don't want to hurt her feelings and think she'll receive it better because you're both African but they're trained managers they will have to call her in the office and handle it the way their Human Resources training taught them.

@@alicegauteng2358If this is still an issue I would recommend taking @charleswife’s suggestion and speak to your manager/supervisor or with your HR department and let them deal with the situation, do not intervene directly with the other employee (especially do not JUST because you happen to come from the same country/continent!!)
