Elixir wise what is better lvl4 dex+lvl4 speciality gain or lvl3 crit dmg + lvl 4 stagger or lvl 5 dex + lvl 3 additional dmg?
dex and additional for sure, the specialty gain pants might end up being useful in tier 4 who knows, but not useful in tier 3

what do u think the dmg difference is between 3r and 4r? :0
~6% depending on the raid, synergies, etc ! if comparing the raid captain 3R build they do around the same but could flip 2% either way depending on the situation
