@holypokemondefender3368 So they have dedicated servers for the members, and the EN server was having a lot of issues. somewhere in trying to fix the issues, I'm guessing biboo saved file "Character" got lost in the process :( She also said it happened to someone else. I don't remember if she specifically said who. but on the bright side, she's grinding again right now :D
