This is simply a chopped up and sampled version of the 49ers Move Your Feet. Still a good song though !!! I played the hell out of this version 26 years ago !!!
IMHO, this is THE best version because it uses the actual Ann-Marie Smith vocals sampled from the 49ers “Move Your Feet” along with the Slammin’ Granite mix off of the original 1993 release from Nuff Respect Records. After hearing this version first in the clubs, I could never adjust to the exceedingly peppy and shrill version with Angie Brown’s vocals. I think the constant rotation of Bizarre Inc’s “I’m Gonna Get You” with Angie’s vocals in the same year just before this release had my ears on Angie Brown overload. The re-release of this Motiv8 track in 1994 with the more energetic mixes worked better with Angie’s vocals, but this Direct Hit mix is still the BEST😀
