I and my two cousins also played some rooftop cricket. We would pick a team and then would bowl 50 overs and bat till all 10 wickets would fall and take turns and we would bat left handed if the players were left handers....The best time of my life.

My backyard cricket story is similar. I grew up the suburbs of Brisbane (Australia) and had the backyard. My brother and I would play our imaginary but real test matches, night and day. We wore out all the grass.

Brett i am 29 now and grown up to see you in international cricket . I was in 6th standard when wc2003 happened . After the match i tried to copy your bowling action in a school match and my shoulder got dislocated but some how this copied action somehow managed to bowled my senior 😅 i was just 9 that time .
