    I love your videos. This is my new favourite plant but it’s very hard to find right now in Canada around the holidays. I have two individual single stem plants that are growing like crazy even in the winter but aren’t established enough to take cuttings from. I can only hope that I can find a larger plant in the near future! Thanks for all your information 😁.

    Thanks for this video! Just got some coir along with moss to create poles... this January my adansonii will be ready for a refresh as well. Just took the very first round of cuttings off it last week. I was allowed to take a few cuttings from a well established plant in a clothing store back in November of 2019. It’s taken a while for us to get to know each other and find the right routine but things are looking great.
    I completely agree about the coir medium to grow in. How has it worked out? Happy with the results?

    I bought a rooted clipping off someone with two leaves on it, it grew another two leaves within my first 6 weeks of ownership but hasn't grown since!!!! The root system is not filling the pot at all but I do have it in a very small concrete pot kept inside. It now lives in my bathroom to ensure humidity to try encourage growth! What can I do to help it start growing more leaves?

    This is my first time here. I dont know where you're from. But your control knows may actually just be decorative. I have heard of some shady landlords who controlled the temperature of the building while telling tenants their thermostats were functional when they weren't. Just sayin'. Thanks for the informative video.

    Coco coir sucks calcium and magnesium away from the root system. So you would need a Cal Mag additive to replace it. A friend told me…

  • @kukusssss
    @kukusssss Před 4 lety

    why don't you use any fertilizer like vermicompost. I recently started indoor plants and I normal use 60% coco coir + 40% rest (vermicompost + perlite) What do you think of this combination?

    Also you can make your own DIY root hormone with raw honey or cinnamon. I mix a combination or raw Honey & Cinnamon and it works well. It rooted all my bamboo plants that I purchased at the flower shop cause all the stems were yellow so they sold me 11 plants for $11 I have a video on my Channel check it out! Try it too!

    • @xxKRISZIxx

      Monstera Adansonii is a type of miniature Swiss cheese. His plant looks much more like an Adansonii than a regular sized monstera so I'm pretty sure he is right. I also own an Adansonii and it looks very similar to his.
