Did not realize that Etherial Weapon makes Kench Q apply 2 stacks, damn that's good
pretty sure it makes his passive damage apply twice too.
He should have taken cruelty too, and gone haste, stuns for days
Abilities that are also auto attacks like trundle/voli Q will proc healing plants twice with ethereal
anything that procs by melee will proc with it literally anything just like 300 item haste augment counts toward passive CD as an example the item haste augment works on Despair making it like a 2s cd not 5s for each heal not just actives like tiamat items
edit: fyi I also think it allows all abilities to proc heartsteel because the only thing that procs heartsteel are onhits and anything considered an auto
