In today's video I showcase how to get 500+ FPS on a low end PC or laptop. Using the following 4 performance boosting methods that have been proven to increase frame rate and lower input delay. Even though this guide is aimed at lower spec gaming pc's, high end pc's may try these. But the fps gains may only be slight. display scaling reduces the input lag, setting "override scaling mode" makes it inconsistent. Also no scaling is making the game more responsive than full screen (keep full screen if you're playing or planning to play stretched res.
Mine always sits at windowed fullscreen when i use stretch

This video helped me but I did my own setting in the nvidia profile and I'm not lagging and I got around 70-120
Another really important setting is the shader cache. Change it to unlimited so your Pc can decide what is best. Or cap it it at your maximum

That's the neat part, you can't.
Imagine saying, I'm gonna set the texture quality to low but I only want it to apply to the skins, the only way to do it is extract all the skin textures, manually resize them and then replace the original files with those, which takes an eternity to do, will not provide and major performance improvement and above all, it just won't work since fortnite is a multiplayer game with an anticheat
i have a problem when i put my texture filtering on +3.0000 it just doesnt work i think nvidia profile doesnt work at all for me i mean i can open the program and do anything there are no errors but when i try to change texture filtering or change anything else it just doesnt work i tried restarting pc(didnt work) i tried download older versions of the program(didnt work) i dont know whats the problem beacuse program used to work for me normally but one day it just stopped maybe im doing something wrong idk

Watch panjno, unfortunetly valorant doesn't have much settings you can change to improve performance. You gotta just put the in-game settings in the lowest and do some windows optimisations which panjno covers

Thanks so much for breaking Fortnite as well as all my graphics settings! Yeah i get it, I wanted to have more fps, but you could've at least told us if battle royale would be so damn unplayable. Nothing's wrong in creative maps but every time I load into a real game I find myself half submerged in the floor and the game looks like minecraft on a raspberry Pi. Sure, why not spend half an hour fixing it all? Yeah turns out that resetting the display settings DOES NOTHING.

get a cheap graphics card like a gtx 1650 or a gtx 1050 if you can intergated graohucs can get 60 fps but it might be stuttery

Idk, ive tried optimizing as much as possible but i feel like im chasing an unachievable goal. Alot of my friends say they can run a solid 240fps that barely budges even in intensive scenarios with significantly inferior PC's . I have a ryzen 9 5950x, RTX 4080 and 32 gigs of ram. @@Toxel5 it could be that your cpu arnt getting used to its full potential like if its not sitting about 15- 30 percent in control panel you might want to set your fortnite prioity to high if that doesnt help any then you might be bottle necking

Unlimited fps can actually mess your screen up realistically no one’s getting over 360 and with that your gonna need a expensive monitor that is either 144 244 or 360 or whatever but no higher , most pcs to cap at good fps needs to be a decent priced one
But you need much fps when you are in endgame so it doesnt have massive frame drops

You can still do some of the optimizations on here. It just that nvidia has more options to use to optimise

dx12 has no stutters lil fps difference at low settings while performance mode has high fps but comes with a lot of stutters, I would recommend DX12

@@Khromezzzu might have it uninstalled go 2 ur epic games launcher den click on the dots on fortnite then click options then you should see “DirectX 12 Shaders” click on that and make sure it has the check mark and hit apply and u should have Dx12 now
