Let's pay back for political Independence our forefathers fought us by rapidly improving our economy. The small scale mines and commercial farming can be run be by local citizens when peace and unity are in families and country at large. Thereby having enough working capital to invest in manufacturing and agro processing industries. The national yearly budget can be financed by local revenue and pay all outstanding debts accumulated over the decades.
