For anyone who may stumble across this: Ibuki dresses closer to scene fashion, seeing as punk isn’t exactly a fashion style, it’s a mindset. You can be punk without liberty spikes, a battle vest, and piercings, as it’s a mindset not a fashion. Scene is a fashion though!
