Notes for myself:
- just start building things, things you would actually use
- failures are OK, learn from them
- your product doesn't need to solve a problem. build something you want to actually use
- small teams are more powerful than you might think
- do/don't list = learn patterns you want to amplify, diminish the ones that you don't
--> this can be applied to companies as well
