I'm talking about people that I actually know and that are my firends and that are certainly not social anxious at all. I was skeptical at first since I never saw results with subs but this one totally transformed my social life. I felt the same way until I went to summer camp. I clicked with this girl and we became best friends, and we were inseparable. We drifted apart but then she told me that she was transferring to my school. We have a class together and I can already tell we will be best friends again! If I didn’t go to camp I would have never met my soul mate best friend lol. So u just have to get out of your comfort zone and go to social events. Im sure that you will make many more friendships💗

Don’t think what is to come or what’s going to happen or how will I deal with it when I get there. Thinking of the future puts an expectation and if you don’t meet that expectation you are sad. Live in the here and now. This really helped me stop worrying about stuff and just take it one step at a time.
Initial situation
Okay, I started a new school and at my old one I was a super outgoing student, president of my school, smart, I had all the friends but then my mom placed me into a new district.
