1/2 cup (50g) cubed onion
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 + 1/2 teaspoons of fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, ground
1/4 cup (40g) dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (85g) water
