    Focaccia bread is known for its unique texture, which is both soft and chewy. The interior of the bread is usually airy and light, with a slightly springy crumb.     Ingredients:
    - 500 g bread flour (or 400g bread flour and 100g whole wheat flour)
    - 10g salt
    - 8g instant yeast
    - 445g lukewarm water
    - Olive oil

    1:08 - Mix boiling water and room temperature water
    1:25 - Pour water into flour and mix well
    2:09 - Add olive oil
    2:23 - Gently fold the dough
    2:43 - Cover and rest in fridge overnight
    3:20 - Put olive oil into a baking pan
    3:30 - Place the dough into the pan and gently fold
    3:51 - Cover and rest
    4:02 - Cover hands with olive oil
    4:12 - Use finger tips to make the dimples
    4:25 - Sprinkle on the toppings
    4:36 - Bake
    4:46 - Enjoy!
