No the Platform M+ is only compatible with the Scorpio.

The MixPre Series and the 8-Series use different Midi protocols. The Platform M+ won't work with the MixPre Series

@@karlisdrukteins7962 Hi there! These are the supported controllers for the MixPre-10 II. Korg NanoKontrol Studio, Korg NanoKontrol 2, Novation LaunchControl XL, and the AKAI MidiMix.
