if ur on temporary visa here like student or something you can drive on student licence with same retriction as your licence, but once ur PR you will have to get local licence within 3 months. YOu need drive test, hazard test and a online test. Not too difficult. Check my very first VLOG :) it explains it.

100k income can get approx loan upto 400k.. varies on lot of other factors like expense . Etc

1) Will it be feasible for my daughter to travel by train daily from West Melbourne area of yours to Monash university (Clayton campus)?
2) Pleaseeee also suggest neighbourhood like yours near the Monash Clayton campus
If she is studying in monash her best bet to stay nearby, west is too far if you want to go east side. Thay requires crossing city too much. Clayton itself also is a very indian oriented area. Also a very good area. Stations before and around clayton are all good areas. She should be able to find shared accommodation with other girls there. This would be in her best interestm

@@pritu87 clayton itself is a very good area like I said, get something walking distance to Melbourne if you don't plan on buying car. Buses will go Monash from station for your daughter.
