Loved the example of praying in tongues! Personally, I refer to it as my prayer language which I use as directed by the Holy Spirit, and almost always in silence. It was refreshing to hear him verbalize what I tend to do in private. And "Ian" reference is also a great tool or example to use. Wonderful message as always.
