Thank you so much. I asked on live chat on your website, and they incorrectly told me blue layer facing upwards would make my mattress firmer. I took a screenshot so I could replicate it. But when I opened it up, blue was already on top, and I knew I’d gone with the softest at the start. Your video saved me. Perhaps you could explain though that blue layer is white on opposite side, as that was pretty confusing, couldn’t find a white layer at first. And I’m not 100% sure about the yellow layer, which way up does it go? I don’t remember how it started as it was a couple of years ago. I think you have the cut squares face up in the video on medium firm setting, but it’s so quick. Perhaps cut out squares are to allow breathing between the layers?
I set it up today. Way too firm and it's so tricky to adjust and I have a disability 😢
Just noticed mine only has two layers.... where is the third?
For a firm setting, do I need to flip the yellow layer so that the cut side is facing down?
Yeah that layer was my biggest question. I think as long as it goes on top of the blue/white layer it’s fine. Probably don’t want the cut squares against your body though I’m thinking. I guess you probably tried it by now. You could try asking on live chat, but they put me wrong.
Yeah it's frustrating that they don't clarify this because on the images it has the cut sides facing up but on the demonstration it had them facing down .... But it's been 4 years since they posted this and no clarification so I doubt they'll do it now 😢
