My family thought I was having a dance party in my office! I went to the Ichiran in Brooklyn, NY and they play that same song when you place the kaedama plate on the sensor! I did a review of my visit if you're curious to see the similarities and differences. The servers do speak to you and they have a ramen production facility right next door.
Thanks for the Video, but I must add that the music really needs to be taken down a couple notches, I had to keep playing with the volume between hearing you talk and lowering the music. Loved the video, KIll the Music! Oh Thanks for updating, I just saw the link :) Peace :)

Nice, but music is too loud compare to your voice.
It is hard to control volume while watching because
you speak quite quietly. I have to turn the volume up
but the music is too loud I have to turn it down again.
Please equalize them well in next video. Thanks.
