This apartment is such a dream 🥺 if you don’t mind me asking, what would be the top areas of LA that you think are the safest (my future roommate and I are currently apartment searching) and also tips on negotiating/keywords tips for talking down rent??
I'm going to go on a limb and say this is probably $4,500 - $5,500 /mo give or take. Is that about right? I've been watching Graham Stephan's CZcams channel and he's been reviewing videos similar to this one but usually only if the person details the exact price they're paying and other budgetary concerns. It would be interesting to know more about the exact price here since all I can base it off of is the fact you lived in a 650+ square foot apartment in TriBeCa which is one of the priciest NYC neighborhoods. Honestly the price could be way different than what I'm thinking but it is very nice - that's for sure.

She said "for the same price as basically as I paid in New York City"... she says she lived in a TriBeCa which has a average rent of $4,500 - $4,900/mo and it sounds like she's implying this apartment is slightly more than what she paid in NYC ("a little bit higher" - "$1,000 more") so it really feels like this is about $5,000 - $6,000+/mo based on my experience in TriBeCa and Los Angeles.
@@TangibleGoods whoa that's a lot, why would anyone pay that much. unless her parents are rich, which seems to be the case with most influencers. they are usually socialites or just have money in general.
Since you got this place at a discounted price, do you know if they’ll be increasing the price back to its original price after a year? most apartments do that to get new residents but once you hit your first year contract all the prices go back to normal..

I wont share the price range but it’s comparable to a 1 - 2 bed in nyc!!
