To everyone who is confused about big Mickey appearing two episodes after he dies, the reason he appeared in this is that the 20 minute cut of munitions suggested that high tide took place first during the Star briefing when captain star tells sunshine to pickup mighty mo after they finished work on the bridge, as well as thanking Big Mac for winning the steel contract.
During production of the TV Version, they decided killing him off would be too dark for the kids watching. So they quickly added in a line saying he had landed in shallow water.

Well Rosie was based on a USA dock tank and some people think the Goods Engine was repainted and became Rosie many years after Tugs ended. I think the Goods Engine has appeared in Thomas itself, but as a scrapped engine in episodes that take place in the scrapyard.
Rosie and the Goods Engine are completely different. Rosie is based off an SR USA 0-6-0t whilst the Goods Engine is based off an 0-6-0 US Army tank engine. Dragon, you are semi-correct. An engine based off both Puffa and the Goods Engine did appear in the first season of Thomas & Friends, but it wasn't Puffa or the Goods Engine. It was an engine just simply known as Marklin. Vinyl, like Dragon, you are semi-correct. Refer to the answer I gave Dragon.

I believe it was meant to be Zak who loses control, but they filmed it with Zebedee by mistake so edited the script last minute.
The plan was than Zak would hit the bridge but one of the crew members forgot and made zebedee hit the bridge instead
