How to make an easy creamy horseradish sauce!

A delicious easy sauce for any horseradish lover! Great on all sorts of beef and potatoes, let me know what you use it on in the comments!
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup mayo
1/4 cup horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Just to let you know, you said 1/2tablespoons of garlic powder but in the recipe you have it as half a teaspoon. I'm assuming it's half a teaspoon. Is that correct?

I use this with my Tri tip French dip sandwiches…let it drip out the sides while dipping it in Ajou. Game changer!

No sour cream so I added lemon juice and rice vinegar to some whole milk with mayo garlic and horseradish with black pepper and some chives. It worked well for me just had to let chill in the fridge for a bit to stiffen and curdle.
