Dear Pastor, just a doubt about healing. Cancer and other major diseases are getting healed but why blood pressure and diabetes isn’t ? Should we live with it ? If God is willing to heal then what should we do ?

ஆமென். கர்த்தர் சர்வவல்லவர். பாஸ்ரர்! பேதுருவின் மாமி என்கிறோமே அவா பேதுருவின் மனைவியின் தாயாரா? அல்லது தகப்பனுடய சகோதரியாக இருக்கக்கூடுமா? மன்னிக்கவும் இது முக்கியமான கேள்வியல்ல.
பெந்தேரா (pentera) என்ற கிரேக்க பதம் 'மனைவியின் தாய்' என்பதே. அதைத்தான் 'மாமி' என்று தமிழில் போட்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.

ஆம். ஆரியரின் மேலாண்மையால் தமிழுக்குள் திணிக்கப்பட்ட சமஸ்கிருத எழுத்துக்களில் 'ஜ' எழுத்தும் ஒன்று. தமிழில் 'காய்ச்சல்' என்பதே வடமொழியில் 'ஜுரம்'. இலங்கைவாழ் தமிழர்கள் 'ஜுரம்' என்று சொல்வதே கிடையாது. தமிழ் வேதாகமத்தின் பிரயோகத்தை நான் பயன்படுத்தினேன். எனவே ஜுரம் என்பதை ஜூரம் என்று சொல்லியிருக்கிறேன். மன்னிப்போம், மறப்போம். இனி ஜுரம் என்றே சொல்கிறேன். நன்றி.
