That situation never should've happened. Suge and Death Row Records let Tupac down. I completely agree I think Suge didn’t want to put the image out of him dying in pain. I think it’s also important to take what people sometimes say with a grain of salt. Yes, it was a grave situation, but sometimes people crack jokes in situations like that. I experienced something similar in the past where someone nearly lost their life and we were all severely depressed about it, but my brother came to me later and said that I lightened the mood. Everyone reacts differently to death.
Pac was still communicating by the time the cop got him out of the car. There was a full few minutes before that where after the shooting, Suge takes off in the car and makes it a certain distance before the tires blow out. There was def a time window there where suge and pac could have communicated.

I never heard him say anything about 2Pac laughing and joking on the way to the hospital, but I remember him saying right after they got shot he told 2Pac that he needs to get to hospital, and 2Pac was like “Me? For the longest time I found it weird how there was some type of picture taken or camera coverage of 2pac through different parts of that ENTIRE day of September 7th, all the way up to that final picture of him and Suge in the car, but not ONE picture or piece of footage (That we know of) of him AFTER the shooting? I dont believe they were laughing and joking through the whole thing and on the way to the hopital...I think the laughing and joking happened inside the car after the shots and right before Police or Medical attention arrived on the scene. After pac n suge got shot suge said that in the bmw while driving blood was coming out of his head and suge said to pac : im going to get you to a hospital : to which 2pac said : me to a hospital?,you the one shot in the head : by the time the bmw broke down on the strip frank Alexander had said the only thing pac said as they laid him down on the ground was that he couldn't breath because pac's lungs were probably being filled up with blood from the bullet wound .Those are the only times pac said something people need to factor in only reason pac was still coherent after the shooting was because he had and adrenaline spike from the shock of being shot .

For the longest time I found it weird how there was some type of picture taken or camera coverage of 2pac through different parts of that ENTIRE day of September 7th, all the way up to that final picture of him and Suge in the car, but not ONE picture or piece of footage (That we know of) of him AFTER the shooting? All we see is a picture of the car being shot up. Tupac got shot on a busy Vegas street following a MIKE TYSON FIGHT. Nobody that was around when the ambulance and police arrived on the scene had a video or picture camera to show what was going on?

I dont believe they were laughing and joking through the whole thing and on the way to the hopital...I think the laughing and joking happened inside the car after the shots and right before Police or Medical attention arrived on the scene. Im not sure of the interview I saw that on, but in that same interview they also said Pac was trying to get out of the passenger seat and tried to make his way into the backseat as the shots rang off.
