BTIsaac It is not rational at all my friend... Yes, I do agree with the fact that it is a reason as to why no National Socialists have risen to power in Germany. But it is not the only reason. The education system in Germany focuses on (deliberately) the Second World War and the political aspect of it... people grow up with the fact that “Hitler = Bad”. The freedom to express yourself freely should not be banned. You are taking away a fundamental human right. It should be noted that these Americans you talk about who consider themselves as Nazis are a bunch of idiots - sheep. This political idea is bound to grow where there is a lot of stupid human beings who follow one another. Whilst, in Germany, people are wiser (they have a more personal view of it all). Disallowing freedom of expressing your thoughts/mentioning a word will do nothing other than bring in more controversy. People in Germany are not like people in North America. I personally believe this fundamental right should be allowed. Humans have a brain, they should really start using it. The “Nazi Americans” you mention clearly do not.
@BTIsaac This is not true whatsoever in America. About 15,000 out of 350 million people associate themselves politically with the Nazi's. The Communist party is rising in America, and it is arguably more dangerous than Nazism. Regardless, I'll keep my right to freedom of speech, thanks.
@BTIsaac History is written by the victor. Nazis were demonized because they lost, completely ignoring the fact that the United States committed nearly every war crime the Nazi party is accused of.
Concentration camps for example... we did that to the Japanese, the Nazis did it to the Jews. The difference? The United States wasn't fighting a losing war, and resources were not stretched to the breaking point. If the U.S. was actively losing territory during the war, and food and other supplies were being depleted, I guarantee you we would have started killing the Japanese in these camps...
Demonize everyone, or demonize no one, but please stop with the double standards...
I like this French idea. since it's a Louisiana regiment, French speakers really do fit in historically.
There were also Spaniards and Frenchmen on both sides amongst other Europeans. It's nice seeing them be referenced occasionally.

They have a fair share of toxic squeakers too, but largely there's a lot of civil chit chat and bantering.
It's awesome how Apollo's skill at the game is growing since the first upload of war of rights. He's a much better leader and shooter now! keep it up buddy!

5,000 Georgians fought in the union army including 400 white Georgians in 4 companies that made up the 1st USV Georgia infantry.

Awesome video man! I have an idea for you since you are a very competitive person.
You could invite some of your (YT) friends and form a 6 man team and play Bannerlord skirmish mode.
I know the multiplayer side isen't much yet but the gamemode in itself brings up that competitive feel very much. It's a good anticipation for the future TaleWorlds brings us (field battles,...)
As I said, it's an idea. Feel free to do with it what you want :)
I'm enjoying the multiplayer side, the tactics, teamwork etc of these kind of games just as much as you.

funny story about bannerlord,.. of course, you know people waited for years for its release,..me included,..
I literally bought it , installed it and went to bed planning on waking up early and playing,..BUT instead had a stroke in my sleep and lost use of my mouse hand,..what bad timing lol.

So after waiting literally years,..i now have about a month and a half before i can try either game.
I served in the 118th Field Artillery “Chatham Artillery” currently part of the GA ANG, which fought in the 2nd Corps, GA. I might have to check this out...especially if they add Red Legs. I had a great cousin that commended an infantry company in Hampton SC that marched to Beaufort SC, reinforced the company, and was the first group to reinforce the troops at the Battle of Ft Sumter. Ended up being a COL in what would eventually become the 118th INF SC ANG under Stonewall Jackson.

It seems that in a way, War of Rights is a way to go back in time and obtain a somewhat experience of what it was like to be in the Civil War. Amazing, absolutely amazing. 😮😏❤

The battle of Antietam!! They need that map!!!!
The game is about the battle of Antietam only. The entire battlefield is in, recreating in 1:1 on a 4x4 km2 map. In the last part of the video, Apollo is playing on the Sunken Road map :)

man I wish I could play this game ,..i lost use of my right side of my body in a stroke 2 months ago,.. so no way to use keyboard and mouse at same time, for now.

You should try naval action, the clan battles are insane and so complex but so intricate and beautiful

When I first saw this game advertised I was skeptical about participation. After all, it's based on the American Civil War and, although I'm an ACW historian and have reenacted in the past, I didn't see it as popular enough to play as a team game online. I'm glad to see I was wrong and I am anxious to try it out once I can restore our internet speed. Is Berdan's Sharpshooters Regiment available? 1st or 2nd Regiment, doesn't matter.
