FAQ: (Questions that are asked to me OFTEN, will answer here)
Q: Why is the video in TWO Parts?
A: Copyright reasons. I can show more of the movie to you guys within multiple parts. Depending on the movie I might do THREE parts or sometimes just ONE.
Q: Why is a small portion of the video completely muted?
A: Copyright reasons. Sometimes I get hit with copyright claims AFTER the video has already been posted, my only choice is to refute the claim but if CZcams denies it, I have to either take down the video or mute the small portion they are claiming. If the video has been up for a while, it is much easier for me to mute this small portion in the YT studio and then unmute it months later after people aren't watching the video as much.
Q: Why is the movie not as loud as I want it to be, why can't you show more of it uncut?
A: Copyright reasons. Notice a pattern here? Most of your questions will likely be answered with some type of copyright related reason.
Q: Why is the movie footage flipped?
A: Again, copyright reasons. I am watching the movie the normal way, it is only flipped for the video.

"You do know Elvis is dead, right?"
"No Elvis is not dead, he just went home."
This movie has one of the tightest scripts ever. It accomplishes so much in a short 90 minutes. Every actor was at the top of their game. I wasn't sure whether you recognized that Edgar/Bug was played by Vincent D'Onofrio, aka Kingpin (and Pyle from Full Metal Jacket).
I did not recognize him until I read the cast list after watching the film!
Holy sht, I've seen this movie 100 times and didn't know that until I read this
No way, he looks nothing like Pyle from FMJ. Kid grown up i guess
@@serhio4275 Plus some weird makeup and *really* good physical acting!
@@Johnny_Socko true
The squid baby is still one of the most awesome practical effects I’ve ever seen. I’d die for a screen accurate replica. Loved this movie since it came out in 1997 ❤️
The 90s really has some solid adventure/comedy films! This and The Mummy are some of my all time favorites.
This movie encompasses my childhood in so many ways! You should definitely react to all three 😁
one of the rare series where it actually gets better or stays at the same height with every sequel
This whole franchise apart from the fourth installment is a comedic treasure.
Lmao, always laugh so hard when Edgar/the Bug tries to enter the screen door of his house, hits it and grunts in annoyance before opening it.
The novelization confirmed that Edward was the only one who got every test right. Z gave a vague description of why they were there, which Edwards questioned. The easiest way to take the test was to use the table in the room and Tiffany WAS the only one who was dangerous out of the aliens, showing J wouldn't go off half cocked by looks alone.
Others on the list of aliens are Danny Devito and George Lucas.
The Noisy Cricket is a joke weapon, given its power. Its also said that the higher clearance partners make wagers on how far their newbie partners fly.
I will NEVER not laugh at the Frank the Pug scene as K shakes him. XD!!!!
I love the original MIB so much. I loved it ever since I was a kid, it's one of my top 5 favorite movies of all time. This year now it's 25 years old and I still watch it over and over again. It's very close to my childhood. Danny Elfman is one of my favorite composers.
When this movie first came out there was this giant arcade/play area in Canada and they somehow got licensing to use this film for their business so they had a laser shooting gallery set up pretty much the same as the gun range test in this film. The aliens were painted in black light paint and the gallery had the purple lights everywhere. You got mib id cards with your name on it and they even built weapons from the film with laser tag tech inside. It was fn awesome. I'm pretty sure the weapons they built were from actual screen used molds so they looked completely legit.
I watched the first MIB MOVIE twice and I thought it was totally epic, wicked, and hilarious at the same time! Not to mention it’s turning the same age as I am this year! 25 years old!! Can you believe it?! I can!! Even to this day I still dance to the theme song whenever it plays in the background!
"N-Y-P-D means I will KNock Your Punk-a** Down!" Cracks me up every single time.
No idea how this one slipped by you but I'm not complaining.
the ending zooming out of our galaxy still haunts me
This, the first Mummy and Zorro are like the holy trinity of fun 90s action-comedy movies
I remember watching this in theaters. Absolute blast. Prime Will Smith
TLJ shaking the dog is one of the BEST ad-libs of all time. It was not in the script.
You should definitely watch the 2nd and 3rd film of this franchise. Tommy Lee Jones is in both films, don't worry!
'Eat me!!!' 🤭🤣 As a 90s kid surprisingly MIB is not memorable until I watch it. This one is definitely the best.
Please react to the other 2!!! The 3rd one is super cool!
Great reaction! I just found you today. I noticed several movies in catalog that I live, can’t wait to watch with you. Thanks for doing what you do. You keep hermits everywhere company. May your views and likes always be equal.
Shoutout to the legendary Rick Baker and his practical make-up/effects work. He's been blessing us with his creativity for a glorious amount of time now.
Can't believe I was 7 when this dropped
“500 years ago everyone knew the earth was flat!”
WRONG!
Columbus did not sail west to prove the earth was round, he did it to find a fast route to India.
Eratosthenes (in Ancient Greece) proved the earth was round, 2000 years ago. He also calculated the earth’s circumstance almost exactly.
The idea that Columbus proved the earth was round, or that it was his mission to prove it, or that the majority of the world believed the earth was flat is a huge historical misconception.
Columbus (500 years ago) sailing west and hoping he doesn’t fall makes us sound stupid.
Eratosthenes (2000 years ago) measuring the shadows cast by objects far away from each other at the same moment and finding the shadows were different lengths. That makes us sound smart.
He was even able to use the shadows to calculate the circumference of the planet.
It’s a shame that people don’t know this, it’s an insult that people believe an inferior story about how it was proved
The interesting thing about this film is it`s an action sci-fi comedy film based on a horror anthology comic book which was in turn based on a conspiracy theory from the 1940s and itself later inspired a series of video games, an animated series, theme park attractions and many sequels and spinoffs.
I like how the subs spells out single letter names like D and K
Have you seen The Fugitive or US Marshals? Tommy Lee Jones is incredible in both the first one with Harrison Ford and it’s sequel. Highly recommend both!
A comedic classic. Unfortunately the sequels range from "Meh" to dumpster fire trash.
Fun Fact: Vincent D'Onofrio researched his role as Edgar by watching a lot of bug documentaries. In order to achieve his character's distinctive walk, he put on knee braces so he couldn't bend his legs, and taped up his ankles.
Oh, I want to add that the cartoon is great. It basically ignores the "K Goes Home" ending of this movie.
To be fair though, 3 was surprisingly better than 2 but I enjoy nearly all of them.
@@BigGator5 The cartoon is so underrated! OMG.
._.
Tommy Lee Jones actually does know Spanish.
There's a 4 parts of "MIB", but 1st and 3rd are my very-very favorites!) ☺❤
Directed by Barry Sonnenfeld starring Tommy Lee Jones as an agent who takes care of intergalactic threats. When Will Smith, a police officer from New York City is chosen to be part of said group, the two work together to defeat a new alien who threatens to destroy the world
Love these movies, the third makes me cry lol
Great Series I think the second one dips a little but the third one is where it's at.
Honey this ones eating my popcorn 🍿 😂
If you like Danny Elfman, you should check out the work he did when he was lead singer of Oingo Boingo
Love this franchise. Rewatch at least once a year.
you need to see MIB2 to see who else is an alien in disguise
This movie my childhood
They also made an animated series, which, in my opinion, is a little more creepy than the live action movie.
1. Edgar/Bug = Vincent D'onofrio played Gomer Pyle in Full Medal Jacket.
2. Tommy Lee Jones' roommate in college was Al Gore.
3. Jones has claimed that he's never had a part that he didn't love and doesn't have a job.
Just a hobby that pays very good.
4 Tell me this wasn't a fun movie. I dare you.
5. Two movies featuring Jones and Smith worth first time/share are "Under Siege"/Jones
and "I am Legend"/Smith (even better than "Independence Day"(IMVHO)
Other than me feeling really old lol I enjoyed your reaction. Super fun movie 😎
Omg!!! I just realized! Can you react to the Mummy (1999) and the sequel, The Mummy Returns?!? 😳👍❤️😀
So I've actually already seen all the mummy movies! I love them though, even the 3rd one which I know many people don't like. Haven't seen the recent remake though
All 3 men and black movies are brilliant Imo I wouldn't bother with the 4th one it's not very good but if you want to check it out feel free 👍
I seen this movie when it first came out when I was a kid and we watched it in a drive-thru movie and laying on top of the car watched it
I watched the whole movie.
It started as an Indy comics, I think.
ooooft rocking the goatee 🥺😍😍
i think MIB was released before Spiderman
Yes, it did
The beard is coming in nice!
This will always be my favorite Will Smith movie !
For more great will Smith u can do bad boys unless you've seen it. For some reason there's not alot of reactions to bad boys even though there such popular movies
This one is obviously the best one the second one's pretty good the third one since the fall off a little bit but it still good I think you should just finish the trilogy
I like men in black 3 as much as 1 but 2 meeehhhh.
Come on :(
Love this movie. The 3rd one is my favorite. 2nd one is meh imo.
Please react to the bad boys franchise it's another good will smith movie
Great movie
You should watch at least the first 3
YO! DO A REACTION TO "DOGMA".
To me, they were all great, Will Smith is always on point, but in a lot of movies he plays very similar type characters. Vincent D'Onofrio steals every scene he is in with the movie. I mean, how the hell does one prepare for a role as an angry cockroach??
Wierd confession. Because of this movie, anytime I see ANYONE who I genuinely think they have nice eyes. I immediately think of the doctor telling J "you have really pretty eyes." Thay being said, hey Daniel......you have really pretty eyes.
Some one needs a shave.
Why
Fun movie, sequels are fun, except MIB:International, total garbage.
FAKE reaction....Nostradamus like vision, nice try though. BE HONEST
The sequels are not worth watching.
I respectfully disagree. IMHO, 2 and 3 are both super enjoyable 🤩
@@cometgirl217 okay. I thought 2 was much worse. 3 was better. But still not as good as the original. In my own subjective opinion. and then MIB International was the worst of all.
@@nooneofconsequence1251 Fair enough! Personally, I love 2 for the cast/lore expansion and 3 because of the perspective shift/unexpectedly emotional ending. [I’ve never seen 4.] I liken this series to the Austin Powers movies. The first is unquestionably delightful and an instant classic; although the follow-ups fail to capture that original magic, they still tell entertaining stories in a fictional world I want to see more of. Great films? No. Fun movies? Absolutely!
hmm i didnt like the second one but the third one was fine to me (the third one made me emotional LMAO)
@@nooneofconsequence1251 BUT YEAH OMG MIB international was so bad
