Bollywood Music is missing gems like these nowadays.Truly wish Bollywood uses more of Indian instruments than western instruments used nowadays. Indian instruments are so wonderful on the ears, also they bring out the soul of the song effortlessly, would definitely have an easy connect with the audience and also have an everlasting impact on them. Expect more such songs from Shankar Ehsaan Loy.
The best music comes out in fusion which is what Shankar ehsaan loy used to bring. What you hear nowadays is only EDM. Actually western instrument have disappeared from western songs. You won't hear guitar solos anymore in any pop songs. There is almost no Sax doing counter melody or solo. Music is going through a low phase all over the world. Reason is easy access to Digital audio workstation and plugins where you can create any music on software. So hardly any group effort is required. So creativity is shrinking. Production engineers are becoming new musicians.
