There are speakers on both side so no but it might cover that side of the speakers

I was almost ready to purchase this combo case, when I read, you CANNOT CHARGE the pencil without removing the case according to the manufacturer.
Im just looking into getting a iPad mini and watching this stuff on it and that was my first question immediately, def a deal breaker for the case imo
I have the Moft laptop stand and I really enjoy it. Lightweight and makes my laptop keyboard usable unlike many other laptop stands. The only thing I don't enjoy is the fact that my screen cannot go beyond a certain angle because the entire laptop becomes unstable. Maybe I'm using it incorrectly 🤦🏾♀. I also have the pebble mouse and it is AMAZING! It's so quite I often have to look to ensure I'm holding it correctly. It also comes with a battery and pairs well with my iPad mini 6 and my MacBook air!
same I replace the stand on my ipad case that broke and was too cheap to replace the entire case xD
I'm hoping moft at some point will make a cover that works with their cases. Great video!!

Hey there Chris! I was wondering if you’ve seen any adhesive hand straps for the iPad holding it while drawing tends to be awkward especially without a desk in front of me, if you know of anything please let me know! (When I say hand strap I mean an elastic strap which you put your hand inside against the iPad. Sort of a larger more comfortable version of a pop socket)
I learned about Paperlike through your channel and it’s the best accessory for any iPad. Just FYI, always cut away never towards you lol
To finish the Moft set up you need the magnetic float stand for the mini! Got one the this week with the case you got, amazing
I'm really digging the logitech pebble with the mini, and the keyboard I went with was a K380 which was cheaper, already at staples, and works well for switching back and forth with the iPad and my laptop (really good set up for research I find). Definitely need to check out that USB C Hub though, that's just a real nifty design.
With lockdown slowly ending where I live I've been using a similar set up as my "portable office" when I have to go to campus for school stuff.

Great review. May have commented on this twice, but I appreciate the accessories you shared, especially the keyboard and mouse. I purchased both using your links a little while back after watching this. I'm torn on the two others, but it does seem like it would cover just about the complete setup for anyone creative or business (both). Quick question about the Moft case. It seems they put the spot to store the Apple Pencil on the opposite side from where it connects magnetically. Does the Pencil connect and charge through the other side of the case or do you have to remove the case?
To be real, the 3.5mm jack and the USB 3.0 type A port are my favorite parts of the dock 😅

Tbh, I think it’s now possible to go solo with an iPad. I pair with the Logitech g602 mouse and the k380 keyboard. I do 3d design work, graphic design and 3d printing, along with a fair amount of gaming too. The iPad does it all so well now. And for those little bits it can’t do and needs windows… I use shadow streaming service to run windows on my iPad. Perfect combo, it now even games like a pc! Sold my razer blade stealth and just upgraded my iPad to the m1 model instead.

While I do like a wireless set up, nothing beats a nice set of cans plugged into a headphone jack for pure quality. It can be a little awkward at times, but that low latency and quality cannot be beat. I highly recommend you try it some time! And if you want to go over wires, you can get a REAL nice set of cans for like half the price of airpods.

Hey! I just got the new iPad Pro and the white LogiTech MX mini keyboard and i love them both! The only thing is that not all of my function buttons work on the keyboard. Screenshot works, the volume up button works and that’s about it. Did you have to do any addition steps to get the top buttons to work/ it appears my question mark button is showing as / instead.
Hmm.. any tips?

Hey Chris - can you still use the Apple folio case you show in this video with the Moft magnet on the back of the mini? Guess it probably wouldn't work with the case that comes with the Moft, I imagine.

Did you ever check out the Bellemond paper protector? Its similar to the paperlike but damages the pencil less.

Hey, dumb question but i have a old Ipad 4 and when i push the home button i get the wallpaper screen with no icons and have to punch it again. so how can i have it where i only need to punch it once to get the icons? Settings?

the plain foldable case also gives a slightly inclined angle which is good for drawing, but yeah 2 angles isnt much
Does the usb hub only read photos on a sd card or does it read all files?
I have the mini logi keyboard with the yellow switches that recently started stopped working. The keys would stick and certain letters wouldn't work at all. I bought a vital keyboard to replace it and I absolutely hate it. So cheap. That keyboard looks sooooo good and now I'm wishing I saw this video sooner!! Thats the exact same mouse I use though! haha!

Another winning video. Got me tempted to by yet another keyboard! But does anyone know whether those keys are tighter together because it’s the MX “Mini” keyboard, and do you notice it?
I had for the longest the regular mx keys but because space got limited on my now tiny desk I opted for the mini keys. I can’t say I noticed anything different in regard to key travel and this coming from me with medium sized hands/fingers. I do enjoy how much shorter it is and the battery life.
I have a question, is the keyboard having issues with Bluetooth connections? And is the black keyboard layout working fine with the iPad and an mac?
Can the pencil be recharged with the Moft rugged case on the iPad mini?
The globe key on the Apple keyboard is the emoji key, I love that feature. It also has the mic key now. Also, you can get the MX Anywhere mouse with iPads which goes great with the MX Keys Mini keyboard.
It’s a key to switch keyboard language. If you only speak 1 language the only other keyboard will be the emoji keyboard
@@nonewnameformenuhuh9594 Yup and love that Apple made the globe key to make switching to emoji's or other languages easy and simple. Settings -> General -> Keyboard -> Hardware Keyboard -> Modifier Keys.
I have used ipad mini 6 for some months.. n i like it loll haha.. i have tried the full cover magnetic cover but it just felt too heavy, at the end i end up with just TPu back cover, it feels quite light now on my hands loll .. wkhaha yes, it is a bit risky but the important thing is for us can use it enjoy it, right??

When my Logitech K811 keyboard dies, I hope that the MX Keys Mini keyboard is still around. The K811 was discontinued years ago, but that MX Keys one looks to be the next generation of it...? I'd use that MX Keys with my M1 Mac mini.

Logitech combo touch for $200 or the folio for $160 is worth it instead of carrying around 2 seperate items without having to use bluetooth either.

Hey Chris, I all ready have the Hyperdrive; however, I noticed in your video when you had it connected to your iPad mini you had the Moft case off. Is this because the case interferes with the hyperdrive connection. Just curios because I thought about buying the case but in your video it hints that the hyperdrive doesn't work with the Moft case.
