i think the number of black flashes is indicative of just how high-end this battle is. i'm also extremely happy that yuji's power isn't just "throw black flashes at will". while i loved the idea of moves like the rasengan, chidori, jajanken, etc, that was all the protag ever used and it kind of made the fight more boring and formulaic to me. the fact yuji has an actual technique is so nice to me.
chidori is never what sasuke only used fyi he got way more op stuff to use in timeskip
@@steohara6353I mean, besides the amaterasu, most of them are just variations of the chidori so idk. Chidori senbon and what not. Kirin is OP tho and not a variation really. We just don't really see it used more than twice
@@steohara6353 sasuke does use a lot of other stuff which is why I like his fights more. I was trying to think of moves off the top of my head. Getsuga tesho would've been a better example than chidori.
@@ninjaman0003 The big difference with getsuga tenshou is that Bleach characters only have single abilities from their Zanpakuto (aside from some spells) whereas in Naruto, the characters can learn all kinds of new jutsu, but instead learned one and spammed it.

I'm going to admit some ignorance here, it could be I just haven't read manga long enough but the fights are extremely hard to follow. If it wasn't for these videos that explained the positioning and feelings in the moment I would struggle to get any of it. These videos are crucial for me.

Hear me out; I have heard that "Gojo doesn't have the record for consecutive uses because his fights end so quickly," let's look at their fighting styles for a second. They both rely heavily on their cursed techniques for combat, Gojo tends to have a variety of options when it comes to attacks and doesn't rely on melee, whereas Nanami is designed around hitting a single target as hard as possible. I think Nanami's ratio technique can be used to take advantage of Black Flash, and possibly increases the likelihood of getting one, because of the "critical hits" he can do (I don't know what else to call them.) It would make timing the deciding factor for the most part, because the core of his ability seems to be striking both with cursed energy, AND strengthening the object he's striking with. It would just make sense, his technique is essentially a one hit kill.

I think with his awakening; yuji will open his domain expansion. Since he has sukuna curse energy but his ideology is opposite of sukana his DE will be like benevolent shine....it may focus more on defense than offensive power since yuji wants to protect people
