14:30 depicts the entire film basically,Raju wants to achieve freedom,Bheem wants to save the child.But they can't do it by themselves. They achieve it when they exchange their goals and the forces combine at the end. In this scene you can the national flag and the child.

That song is actually real in how people from telengana (the place where Bheem comes from), the people convey their emotions be it happy, sad, ecstacy, disaster through song & that's why that song was placed in the movie & it's a great song on how komaram Bheem who's from the tribal living in the jungle, speaks abt his origin & being a proud son of the earth who gave him birth through breast feeding & seeing animals as his brothers & loving the nature generally. It's in his nature not to fall for any injustice & oppression.
