She was actually getting married to Carter, but that was when Quinn came in and interrupted the wedding to declare her love for Carter. Remember this was after the affair Quinn was having with Carter while married to Eric… Carter tried to move on with Paris but in the end Carter went back to Quinn then they broke up off camera. That’s the last person I remember Paris with on the show anyway.
