Walkin' Holland - Forest & an Estate north of Putten [August 27, 2016]

This time an easy but HOT walk in the old & shady forests north of Putten. Temperature above 30C. Apart from the forests i also walked a typical Dutch market and came across the scenic estate "Oud Groevenbeek".
As usual, some route information added.

Holland looks really nice. I like these local walks... I like the big long walks in the mountains too... but it is nice to see the local ones.

Started those walks to keep fit for the mountains - but by now they do mean more for me Nymeria!

At those temperatures ... a purgatory indeed! Though didn't have to stay there for too long - although i never bought a Catholic Indulgence. Just a stroopwafel!

As luck would have it - those woods provided me with some shade Peter - though i used a lot of water! Those markets are quite often once a week, on friday or on saturday, depending on the village.
