4 was a cutie! But small in person
I liked #4, the outside just needed a paint job and a little landscaping. #1 was Ok. #2 and #3 looked like crack dens or trap houses and that apartment complex was too close for comfort. I closed on my 🏠 6 months ago, it's a turnkey. Who wants to purchase their first home and renovate? 3 &4 should've been gutted. It's a stressful situation but worth it. I'll never regret move in ready. Yes I saw it! Blessings😊

We’ve just started looking for a house (my first, his second). I wouldn’t mind some renovations since we know how to do a lot of it, but definitely nothing major (not trying to replace a roof or electrical or add an extension to the place), but I have a feeling to get what I really want I’ll have to redo floors, paint, cabinets etc.
I liked house 4, it was nice inside and out while the others didn’t always have both ❤️

I was born and raised in Atlanta. East point has a lot of older homes that need a facelift. I'm sure whatever you choose will turn out cute when you're done. I am happy for you , Queen.
Welcome back sis!! We missed you here on CZcams! I really liked House #4 because it sounds to me like you need something a bit more move-in ready since you have to be out by a certain time. Fixer uppers are nice but maybe as a second property 😉 can’t wait to keep up with your journey!

Okay.. lol yess I noticed that. I think it boils down between house 1 & 4.. If you really want a fixer up #1 is your best option, but at the same time fixer uppers are a lot of work and can be stressful. House #4 was a little more modern than the other options, but you can always had your creative style to make it more you. I loved that everything was new with house #4 and required little to no work. Annnnnddd it had more than 1 bathroom. 😜

I. Love. Your. Channel! Our style is so similar! I bought my first home @34! It was a flip (I realized that after closing) 🤦🏾♀️ but it's an adorable bungalow with a 4 season porch. I. Love. It! However, the siding job is horrible but looks good on surface...that's my next project. Congratulations on your journey! I look forward to watching more videos! ❤️
House #4. While they all will need work it will cost less to do work on #4. Loveee the marble bathroom. And the “Sunroom Laundry Room” ❤️

The first one gets my vote and number 4. This is your first house and you want something you can sleep in after you sign your life away, lol. Teaching is work enough, with planning all your lessons plan. You still will be able to put your personal touch to either of these home. The third one is a no no property value may go down unless they convert it 😳 to a single home and the second one had mold another no no, there is a possibility the mold could be on the stud.

PICK NUMBER 4!!!! No more repairs. All you have to do is move in and slowly decorate it.

House 1 and 4 would be great first time buyer homes. The fixer upper unless you have experience and a great handiman the process of fixing up the home may be overwhelming for your first purchase. Good luck.

I bought my house for $120k in June 2020 2 story house 3bd 2.5bath my interest rate is 2.5% in the state of Texas. During the pandemic interest rates were low. Now are 5%. I hope interest rates go low again for people buying new/used homes.
I love #4 the rest cost too much to repair and also it pays to have a bathroom in your bedroom if you ever have a family or guest over and want to wonder from your room to bathroom in privacy
