The second one is actually debatable.

The reason Kefla vs Majuub is a spite match is because Base Kefla is as strong as ToP Goku Blue (This is me giving UI the highest multiplier possible), whereas Majuub was only equal to SBV2. Golden Great Ape Baby gets fodderized by even SSJG RoF Goku and there is nothing in the later arcs of GT saying how much stronger Majuub got.
Caulifla vs Pan on the other hand, is debatable entirely because of the Shadow Dragon saga. IN the Shadow Dragon saga, Goku and Pan team up to fight Oceanus Shenron, and it takes their combined effort to kill her. Base SD saga Goku >>>> SSJ Baby saga Goku.
SSJ2 Caulifla was weaker than Base ToP Frieza, meaning she's weaker than Fresh Base ToP Goku. Any scaling of her relative to GT relies on two factors:
1: How much stronger is SSJG Goku than SSJ3 Vegito in your opinion?
2: How much stronger do you think Goku got between RoF and the ToP?

1: That "Anime filler" is actually canon at this point considering that every new form of DB media brings up the scream scene. Personally, taking it into account I can really only see SSJG BOG Goku being 3x stronger than SSJ3 Z Vegito, and even that is questionable.
2: I need some raw numbers here because that's not exactly enough. Personally I only see E-ToP Goku and Vegeta as being over 200x their RoF counterparts. Not that it matters since Base Kefla being ToP Blue tier, along with Blue being stronger than God and SSJ4, means that Kefla would be stronger than at least half of the Shadow Dragons while Majuub has nothing that puts him past SBV or MAYBE SSJ4 Baby saga Goku.
3: Caulifla only fought Tired SSJ2 Goku to any decent extent. Their scuffle in episode 100 was Goku being heavily suppressed, then his Tired SSJ2 absolutely dominated her in raw power and Tired SSJ2 Goku had to use reason in order to not have BASE FRIEZA eliminate SSJ2 Caulifla. The multipliers for Blue relative to Frieza's Gold form indicate that E-ToP Base Goku slaps Base ToP Frieza, so it's easier to say SSJ2 Caulifla

Well no offense to the GOGETA fans but vegito would win. Why you ask? First of all akira toriyama said their both at the same strength no matter what. Also vegito has a time limit of an hour and GOGETA has a time limit of a half an hour so vegito could just kill the other goku and the their vegeta when they difuse
Actually no. There is no practical point by which Vegito can beat Gogeta. If they're fighting Gogeta would go full power (SSJ Blue) straight away. So in order to keep up, Vegito would do the same. But as seen in the Zamasu arc, the potaras can't handle Vegito's power and he defuses thus resulting in Gogeta being the winner

IDK son, but Bejitto fought Buuhan, the strongest DBZ villain and Zamasu, compared to Janemba, Omega Shenron and Broli, I would say. Bejitto is overall better. Doean't have the stress that Gogeta doea.
Vegito is stronger, however Gogeta still isnt far off. The only thing Gogeta has to worry about is a time limit shorter than Vegito's.

The winner would be vegito blue. Vegito blue is at least 4th dimensional because he's faster than hit, hit can stop time. U6 Vs U7 arc ssjb goku was 4D. Vegito blue is also multi universal because he's stronger than heavily suppressed beerus, heavily suppressed beerus was going to destroy the macrocosm if he didn't pull his punches. Ssj4 gogeta is at least multi-galaxy level, he's stronger than omega who was going to destroy the universe over time. It wasn't stated in the original sub that he was going to destroy the universe over time but there are statements that prove it. Elder kai in gt stated that the negative energy would envelop and corrode the earth and other planets one after another and destroy the galaxy, and he said that we wouldn't be spared either. So the negative energy would first pollute or envelop and then corrode the earth and other planets one after another by spreading to other planets and galaxies and destroy it eventually reaching the universe to the kaioshin realm. So he's multi galaxy level.
But wasn't super gogeta universal level to when he fought janemba.
