Undoubtedly one of the best ministers India has ever seen. However the comment about sound pollution come from an old Indian mindset. In Sweden it's a big no no to sound horns, unless to avert a traffic accidents. Instead of making horns sound like mouth organs, people should be educated how to drive by following well written rules
Well said ... I drive in Europe extensively and also in India without honking ... It's more of a mindset problem. Public transport drivers and heavy vehicle drivers in India should be educated on lane discipline and not to honk unless it's required...because they honk the most
