They definitely know how to relax and live in the moment. They don't worry about what they're doing causing harm or not, they just want to feel communal and spend quality time. That's basically the culture.

I grew up in Lawton, OK, and was LUCKY enough to go to powwows & Rattlesnake festivals! Some of the best memories, the Indian tacos are THE best! The people, the music, the dancing! I’m so thankful to Mrs.Delorna, and her beautiful family for inviting us into her family, her culture, her traditions. When we graduated, she gifted us with real turquoise bracelets. I pray she rest well! Thank you for sharing with us, I love it here! The tribes of Lawton: Apache, Arapaho, Caddo, Comanche, Kiowa, Osage, and Wichita. 🫶🏾🙏🏾🤍💐

The parallels between Native American culture and Hawaiian culture is crazy to me. We weren’t allowed to do the hula (which is how we told our history) we weren’t allowed to surf. They would accuse natives of having leprosy so they could ship them to Molokai and take their land for plantations. 90% of natives were killed off from disease, poverty, etc. there are more native Hawaiian people living in the mainland than in Hawaii right now and it sucks the big one.
