Description:
We are in Corfu, one of the northernmost and westernmost islands of Greece and the Ionian Sea.
The film opens with a panoramic shot of the Kanoni area with Vlacherna and Pontikonissi island which are visible in the background. The filmmaker stands and shows us the monastery of Virgin of Vlacherna or Vlaheraina, a Christian monastery which is built on an islet, across the Kanoni area, and then stands on an Olympic Airways plane which is about to land. The film closes with the plane landing.
