Only 1 thing is missing about this Walkup trailer........it’s not available in the USA. We need Drifta products here already. This is a winner.

When will USA get this? I’m interested in the hard shell rooftop tent. The “Overland” market is booming out here.

Australia has 25 million people. USA has 320+ million... The waiting list is out to 5 months just building them for Aussies! If I were an enterprising American, I'd be approaching Luke about licensing the design to build it over there for the USA market...

    Bloody awesome Luke.
Am waiting for you to design an enclosed area at the front so access to the tent in inclement weather is made alot more user friendly, then I'll buy one.
Hopefully this will be sorted soon so I can have mine for the next DFCE in NSW.
    Cheers mate...

Wow Luke, I've got to say that you guys have come a long way since the early days of building just portable kitchens and draw systems. ( Yes, I like the movies of shooting down some forestry track listening to a bit of Marty Robbins:-) good stuff)The DOT trailers, have come ahead in leaps and bounds, from Hammertone finishers to probably the best kitchen and storage systems available in any camper. All of which is focused upon quick set up and fast pulldown with en-suite's, tents, and awning etc...........even Hot shower. Its an excellent piece kit and excellent Aussie ingenuity, if I may say so myself. Your growth is reflected from you and your teams commitment, integrity and quality of your products which is second to none. Good work Luke and the Drifta Team.:-)

Great trailer Luke. I would love to buy one of these one day....
Could I make a suggestion on the 240v charger outlet? Rather than have the cable come trough the black cover why don’t you hard wire it to an actual weather proof caravan male outlet.... would look neat and you could plug it in with one hand.
    Just a suggestion. 👍🏻
Also what’s the drive away price of that exact set up

Awesome to see some great products still produced and made in this country. Have you R&D'd these in the real world? I.e. Cape York etc? There seem to be a few plumbing & tap ends that are exposed underneath that could be snagged or damaged on very rough and/or extreme tracks.

30-50K is alot of money for some outdated designs, sorry proven fact. Drifta need to lift their game.
1: 4mins to setup an awning is unaceptable for a tourer, get a sq back version of the howling moon 270, setups in 30secs (great for lunch stop) and for overnighters and windy conds it has very quick pole setup with built in guys on each side face to make a V so water drains. Overall much quicker and easier.
2: Fix that RTT! zippers on some inside pockets, a dedicated zipper bag outside near max trax area or bottom under face of alloy tent for the 5 poles and two ropes, throwing wet poles in a tent on blankets is sad. Have an alloy step ramp that folds down off drawbar to walkup instead of a silly unstable box. Someone will hurt themselves it's just a matter of time.
3: Kitchen needs an 80L Dualzone, proper stainless deep sink with dishrack end of story. Move the stove somewhere else and increase DPO table serving space. don't tell me it can't be done!
all this money to camp like a bumb? really do the dishes at home and try tell me I'm wrong.
4: Add a garden hose reel so at times you can quickly wash muddy areas of the trailer like the walkup area.
5: Quality large rear wheel bin as standard.
6: weatherproof dual 240V inlets to toolbox, none of this cable running through lid area nonesense.
