On April 9, 2024, at 17:00, I requested to fill up at pump number 20. My tank was a bit more than a quarter empty. Normally, it would cost 700 TL to fill up. At the counter, I was told that the fill-up cost 180 TL. I said that's not possible. They mentioned the pump might have malfunctioned. I asked the attendant, who tried twice and said it didn't take. When I got on the beltway, I realized no fuel had been added. Be careful. This happened in Izmir, opposite the Westpark outlet, at the Shell station under the Mercedes Benz sign.
