Vansilliâs re-entry into the plat chat universe was so funny đđ
I missed him, glad he's back
Vansilli demanding respect while the lamp he's holding next to his face flickers is an all timer
Drop the timestamp

I love Balla, so sad that we donât see him more because he has like a kid to raise or whatever
Hahahaha this is wild đ
is that why? genuinely asking haha. No idea he was a dad! ofc I'll always miss his casting and platchat
you dont know nothin bout that
Or whatever đđ
@@bryceinnerst7963I see what you did there
Hello Platchat, can we have fns back as one of the guests for NA part of the show? Please and thanks đ„č
FNS and TMV at the same time talking about NRG would be great
that would honestly be sick but idk it felt like fns didn't vibe well with the other members of the pod..
@@akii3157 I think heâs said he watches them tho so maybe? Hopefully idk I want to hear him blab
Fuck that get him on the Pacific segment, after the NRG loss I feel like he doesnt want to talk about NA anymore
@@akii3157I feel like the first pod is always a little rough for whenever someone shows up

@@z34567890123456172
Was sad there was no Steven "wingman" Liggy
But saw the return of the King Balla, welcome back you were missed
Ballas back AND he's hosting? Nice.
Also, it's awesome you all constantly put out episodes about 3 regions with like 6-8 people on, while working the events. Crazy great job to everyone but especially Kurt
DRX is evolving, from always being top 8-6 at internationals to not even making them
Top 8-6? They were top 4 in valorant since it's inception
They are evolving just backward
Devolving RX ... it's sad tho.. I want to see DRX and PRX on master and be on top together. Progressive RX for the win of course
Dude Vansilli is hilarious
Missed Balla fr! Also the long awaited return of vans (he was very silli)
I love that Achilios stuck around for the Americas section. He even looked a lot like Bren after that first hour, too! đ€đ
Vansilli holding the lamp was too good man
Okay, DRX are out, its rough, but I GENUINELY think if Gen G beat T1, DRX wouldâve qualified. T1 have definitely been a worse team than DRX this season so far, and given how confidence-based theyâve been, I think if they lost that first game they wouldâve not had it in them to turn it around in time for the next day. I think were dooming DRX way too much, I personally think they should stick with the same roster, but thats just my opinion.
Drx just not that good in playoff just admit it they are group stage andy
@@konosuba350I mean that was usually the case in international tournaments, DRX used to demolish the competition in Korea. But due to DRX not being the innovators they used to be and the competition in pacific getting better, thats no longer the case.
DRX are in a regrowth period and I think they need to treat it as such and develop these young players (which they didnt do last year with their weird subbing Foxy9 out tactics). But I genuinely think all the pieces in the team are solid and they can pull off some seriously great things. I used to be the biggest DRX doubter but I have been very impressed by Foxy9 and Beyn this year and think they are ideal moving forward, and they should not drop either of them.
nah. t1 just good in playoffs and map pool is same as drx. but they are better in those maps. prx just a matchup problem for them. t1 realy anti strats ts and geng hard because they had time to prep. in groups they had no time because they had unfair schedule. they played 4 matches in first two weeks. any other team didn't had that unfair schedule
I didn't realize it until now, but there are exactly 2 things i need more of in my life; Vans on Plat Chat, and Balla hosting. Preferably both at the same time.
Omg around 1h10min when Vansili goes a little silly! I love him
Lol this America's prediction did NOT age well đ
3 SA team going to Shanghai because NA is washed even though NA won 2 back to back tournament Pepega
Achilios hyping up Pacific Top 2 at Shanghai is SO ME đđŒ ITâS TIME FOR PACIFIC TO RISE TO THE TOP!
Even our region (BR) was doubting LOUD, so i guess is fair to doubt them. But oh man, it is scary when you give them a chance, because they always bounce back and always go on a deep run. They looked shaky going into champs 2023 and out of nothing they had a legit chance to win it, going 4-1 against the favorites with a stomp on Lotus that made them ban their own map. I think LOUD has been arguably the most consistent team of VALORANT, sometimes they give reason to doubt them, but they always give reason to believe in them bouncing back from it, like they always do.
no for real they have to actually be the most consistant team no?
I wouldn't say them to be "consistent" at all considering they flopped mega hard at Copenhagen and at Tokyo
@@er3n_genes1s21 I mean.. every other team in the world had their flops, like nrg and prx, they're the only team that showed up every year with at least a title, without ever missing an international event. I think they are the most consistent team, because no other team had that many deep runs, with titles every year, and without missing any events. From day one, LOUD dominated regionals, got 2nd place in their first international event, and after getting a early exit at Copenhagen they bounced back with the Champions title, and after losing Tokyo they went on a 3rd place run at Champions 2023, while dominating Americas earlier. And now they just lost aspas and still went to Masters after so much doubts, and after that they've still qualified for the playoffs (with a little luck). They really NEVER missed an event, while winning some or getting close to winning pretty much every event they've disputed (Masters 2nd, Champs 1st, Lock In 2nd, Americas 1st, Champs 3rd), and I don't think any other team came close (besides Optic in 2022) to be this consistent. Since 2022, when LOUD was created, they literally been in every final from EVERY event in VALORANT (Masters, Champions, Lock-In, VCT Americas, Kick-Off). So I guess they really are the most consistent team.
â@@McChickenJOI since Optic/Envy is disbanded now, they might be the most consistent team now.
@@jorgeaguiar6276 prx also has gotten to the final of every tier of competition. + have made every tourney since 2022 and one in 2021. Just kept choking in gf is their downfall
What a crazy world that it's possible no NA team will make to Shanghai, if Loud wins, there's minus 2 Na teams, and the last one will have to play Kru
Dude vans is SO FUNNY LMFAO
vansilli is the best hope to see u casting a few majors. His energy seems to level up for those =]]]]
I just checked VLR and I noticed the only region with any wins from their best in that season teams was in china. All other regions, not only one team lost, but both teams that did best during the season lost. Meaning three of four losers brackets started with a match between the best from either bracket from the regular season.
Man it's so nice to have balla back. He always giving different perspectives.
My goat balla is back
Balla AND Vansilli is back???? What an episode
WHERES MY 5 HOUR EP???
Literally everything is wrong for their pickems đ
I think they should remove CN as a region and just make it APAC N and APAC S. CN does not deserve the free seeds and there are so many teams that deserve it more this year.
30:24 once youâve hit rock bottom, only way to go is up
Waiting for that one cast when babybay dpesnt mention his team from four years go. Bro Oxy was a toddler back then.
1:26 Freeze Frame
49:20 Plot twist
1:03:15 Self burn!
Balla hosting is absolute chaos and I love it
With the players NRG have they should be watching PRX vods and taking that and running with it because they could literally just run teams down. W gaming
That requires teamwork which they don't have
NRG just don't have the same chemistry that PRX has. PRX has been playing that W gaming style since the start of Valorant. NRG can't just simply switch to that and expect it to work.
35:50 on the video saya said he does his 3hr warmups only on matchdays, other days he warms up for 1hr or smth
Bro i missed ballah the crashies take is fantastic and is something i thought they were gonna do in the off season
YAYYYYY I LOVE FREE CONTENT
maybe loud turns up this week but crazy how much faith people have in loud for beating g2 and struggling sen as their only wins
I really enjoyed Balla hosting!
You guys are hella silly for doubting 100T
protect vansilli at all costs
Thanks Kurt!!!
1:38:48 may be one of my favorite moments of this year
We need more Vansilli and Balla, pls it is too good
How did Loud become their favorites
Said that... loud is gonna be at final and is gonna lose only if they cant shut down aspas, the same way they've already done before.
Plat Chat doing tricks on Loud the whole episode

Vansilli is great
NRG the superteam đ
Babybay my goat for going for G2 đ
Just when I thought the Plat Chat 100T disrespect was done, they go against their predictions to have them lose in the pickemsđ On top of that they spend 5 minutes talking about them and 20 minutes on NRG. The agenda is crazy lol
why would they ever have an agenda against 100t. who even cares lol.
Ok
Demon1âs perfect role would be sentinel not duelist
give bro the meteor treatment let him walk around and be agro on lurks if he can get the timing down he will farm
Nah it's so stupid that even after seeing the failures of nrg people still can't come to terms that not having an igl would be a glaring issue with this team.
I said it since day 1, no igl -> no win
Prx..?
@@halalola432 have they managed to not choke a single top 4 placement? Their closest to a trophy was back when they had a real IGL and even then they ran out of adaptations and ideas because benkai ain't exactly world class
@@halalola432 I didn't think nrg would flop this bad cause I'd assumed they'd brute force their way like Prx but I sure as hell knew they weren't gonna make any crazy placements this year which seems to be contrary to what everyone else thought and look at the results
if ur high watch this on 1.5 speed teehee too funny

Balla is rude to Vans. What the heck? Made it so awkward
No emea?
shoutout to kurt
ah yeah the pacific caster polycule. love hearing them on the matches. truly ahead of the other regions, progressive in their work

Loud Winner Vct Americas
EMEA?
2:38:40 here is the explanation. A bit unfortunate that we donât get at a playoff prediction for Emea though.
Fuck emea đșđžđșđžđșđž
Chet is just a bad coach, straight up
Ngl, this felt like a weaker episode of Platchat. There's been times where I've taken long breaks from listening to it because of episodes like this that get way too hyper and loud in my headphones. I think that adding all these guests, like the APAC guys like Achillios & Will really add a lot to that section especially when some of the main guys haven't had time to disect all the APAC games. And Sliggy ofc is a fav just in general but especially for EMEA, & Shawn ofc for Americas. Those ppl all add a ton of great analysis and insight to the podcast.. but sometimes it just goes so far off course, which personally I'm not here for. I don't mind a lot of the joking around and memes, but often it's just not funny when everyone starts yelling over eachother and laughing hysterically. It was really bad in the last episode, Mimi and Bren sometimes just feed off eachother in the worst way and that was really evident last episode which was suuuuper unfortunate because I thought it was awesome that Kaquka was there but I couldn't listen to it like I normally do on my commute because the volume was so up and down when ppl would start screaming over eachother. It's 1 of the reasons why Josh is my favourite of the regulars, he seems to almost always review the actual games he's talking about and if he hasn't he lets us know and let's others who have take on talking about those matches. He can be funny but doesn't get so crazy that it makes my ears bleed and gets so far off track that idk what's even going on anymore.. I think he handles it really professionally while still being super entertaining. & I get that sometimes not everyone can watch all the matches from every region, but then maybe those times just let the guests who have watched talk? since if you haven't watched it you probably shouldn't be giving hot takes about it based off of just liquipedia results, word-of-mouth or highlights. Also sometimes it just sometimes seems like some ppl just hijack the podcast going on some weird tangent bc they dont really have anything to add to the current discussion since they clearly haven't watched the matches being discussed. Not necessarily saying that happened in this episode specifically, it just happens sometimes and is 1 of the main reasons I've given up watching the podcast for months at a time in the past..
But I'm just 1 random fan so you probably dont give a F what I think, but I mean this as constructive criticism. If i wanted to just listen to everyone fucking around I'd watch their personal streams or something, I'm here for actual analysis of the current pro scene. The extra guests really helps with thet most of the time.. but sometimes there's just these episodes where some segments seem so scuffed. Appreciate the content really, its awesome to have a podcast that brings in so many casters and analysts, as well as coaches, ex players, etc.. but please try to keep it on track about the game in some of those time where it gets so loud and off track. Cheers
Not reading all that but free Palestine and Kendrick won. Iâm happy for you or sorry about that tho
Youâre so right they donât care
I prefer when they have fun. Last episode was one of my faves
Maybe u can try cosmic divide? Itâs with tmv and elevated and they speak a lot about the teams
Nah couldn't disagree more, love when they have fun w it, a lot of their best moments come from situations like that
is iZu like Xepher, just a scrim god that plays like shit in officials?
DRX always had bad mentality in critical games. stax calling fell off when they in elimination games
Someone explain me where is EMEA, they forgot about it or whatđđ
They just frauds
@@tim0735lmao
They didnât have guests for EMEA and they had no one who actually watched all of the games to talk about them. This episode was supposed to be Pacific only but they Van and Babybay last minute and managed to put together some Americas content.
Edit: They talk about it before the end
Did you actually listen to this episode or not ?
balla is a absolute clown for doubting loud
balla was being a prick to vansilli man.... what was that about
Hahaa naw man. It was all love. I LOVE BALLA IN THE TUB! BALLA IN THE TUB
